Douglas College Fall 2017 Nursing applicants

Hi everyone, I wanted to start this thread for all the eager Nursing applicants just like myself! :) I have completed my 10 courses in Fall 2015, and have applied once for Winter 2017 but did not get accepted. Now, this will be my second time applying and I cannot wait to apply for the Fall 2017 intake! Anyone else interested in Douglas Nursing program Fall 2017 intake? :)

Yeah I finished my pre reqs in fall 2015. I don't think they've given out all the offers yet. Best of luck!!

Hi nursingkid08, just wondering, were you waitlisted in winter 2017 and was your application status on " initial admission review" before you got an offer for fall 2017? í ½í¸¬

Hi basketballgirly! So do I! I finished all my courses in the fall 2015, and until now, I still haven't received any results yet. May I ask, what's your application like now? í ½í¸¬ We're you waitlisted for winter 2017?

Hi Leslie_dhy, I wasn't waitlisted for winter 2017 because I applied for winter 2017 during fall 2015 cause I still had to do Stats :( As for my fall 2017 application it still says "pending review by Admissions" I'm surprised you and threemarys haven't heard back yet! I'm honestly doubting I got in now .. You two were personally emailed by Rosemary and still haven't received an acceptance email yet. I'm getting so anxious. I can't believe theres only 60 seats in this program every intake :'(

Hi! Yeah, it's a little weird for me too. I asked the admission officer if all the offers have been sent out this week yet, so hopefully i'll get an earliest reply from her. I'm starting to panic now.. BUT, I'm still keeping my hopes high, so Don't lose hope! It's all about the timing I guess.. just never get tired of applying! We will get in sooner or later! í ½í¸ƒ We have finished all our pre-reqs. And there is nothing we can do about it now, but to wait. It sucks though. Lol and, yeah, i believe they narrowed it down to 60 students, which makes it more competitive in getting in. í ½í¸¬

I hope you guys get in ! I know two people that found out they were waitlisted like 2 weeks ago and one of them finished their pre reqs in fall 2015. So, the fact that you guys haven't heard anything yet might be a good thing :) good luck !

Thanks girl you too!! It's already end of the month and still no word back :( did you get a response yet merylpasana? My application still says pending .. and it's oct 31. Leslie_dhy did rosemary reply to your email yet?
