I read about the Supreme Court decision and it mentions healthcare workers in facilities but not in other settings, particularly home care settings. Of course, most skilled nurse agencies receive Medicare and Medicaid funds.

Yes as most Home Health agencies are Medicare and Medicaid certified needing to comply with Medicare Conditions of Participation (COP) with clients that have Medicare, Medicare Advantage Plans (Medicare part C), Medicaid and Medicaid HMO insurance as they are billed for skilled home care services, so law applies.

Thanks so much. Since Governor Murphy announced last week that healthcare workers must be boosted I assume this still applies to homecare nurses. He only mentioned congregate settings though.

Nurses should voluntarily boost as recommended.
So, does NJ Governor Murphy’s mandate for healthcare workers apply to nurses in non congregate settings?

Nothing like a bit of "Christian satire" to put a point on the source of concern about employment mandates.

More accurately, it is satire. Fake news is yet anther dormant screen name coming to life for the sole purpose promoting the narrative that has worsened this pandemic.

It's actually a funny little satire article. I hope you didn't share it as something serious though.
