Like, follow their threads or posts? Is there an option to do that?
Try hanging out in your state's forum. Sometimes, that can help narrow it down. Other than that, it depends on what members are willing to share publicly. Hence, why my location is "out of my mind" rather than where I live.
Yea my location is "Happyville, USA" simply because a girl I work with reads AN posts and I don't want her to know its me in case she could figure me out by my posts. Thanks for the tips too.

I just noticed this. I am disinterested, generally, in the personalities here. I am not a part of a group or clique. I get confused as to who is who. No one PMs me. I think I am generally respected, but I haven't formed closed bonds or cared enough to stalk anyone. There is a little mob that seem to descend on certain workplace dynamic threads that I thinkare bullies. I ignore them
I am also not a fan of the members who work as a group to gang up on anyone with a workplace
issue. Especially the ones who have not worked in-patient in years, or ever, and just make **** up.
I don't want to talk to you anymore.
There is the option to ignore a poster. Continuing to engage this way does not accomplish what you want. You can add users to your ignore list by following these steps:
1. Go to your dashboard. If you are on the desktop site, you can get there by clicking on your username at the top of the screen and then clicking "Dashboard". If you are on the mobile webpage, the dashboard link is at the bottom in the dark grey area.
2. Click on green "Click here to view all your account options"
3. Select "Ignore List"
4. Type the name of the poster whose posts you wish to ignore in the field and click "Add Member".
