Direct Entry of nursing Fall 2018 at Simmons

I didnt see a forum for this so I thought I would start one. I applied to Simmons College Direct Entry for fall of 2018. I was reading older threads and it seems like people dont hear back until mid january

Yes this thread is for direct entry MSN, which doesn't have specialities other than FNP. I don't think there are interviews but I'm not 100% sure.

Oh my gosh! I really should have the FAQ's closer:

Q#6 - PLEASE NOTE: we do not require an interview for the DE program as other nursing programs do.

Hey! yes only direct entry nursing in FNP. I just wanted to check if anyone else is part of an articulate agreement with Simmons? And I called them and they didn't say anything about interviews, only that they would start letting people know in mid-january. Cant wait to hear back! Good luck :)

My application went to review on December 20, but then they were out for holiday break and I had a phone call on January 4!

Hi! No interview. I do have to do a Biology bridge for March - May and pass with an 83% and then I begin in the May cohort

This program (Direct Entry for Non-Nurses) only starts in September - which program did you get into? Either way, that's great!

I know it's Monday and only 3 days has passed since the last post, but I frequently find myself checking my phone or my email while at work just anxiously waiting to hear some good news from Simmons! Anyone else in the same boat? LOL Thus far, I've only heard back from one school. Anyone else been accepted elsewhere?

Has anyone updated their NursingCAS transcript with Fall 2017 classes?

I haven't updated my transcript, yet. I know NursingCAS gives us until February 15th- does Simmons have a different deadline for that? I know some of my other schools wanted it earlier but I can't recall seeing anything from Simmons on that.
