Didn't received 2nd ATT

Hello, so I didn't get my 2nd ATT after re registering because I failed the first time. I am ready to take the exam again in 1 month but haven't got my 2nd ATT. Can someone tell me what happened? I'm going to contact the board on Monday but I just wanted to hear from someone here before calling.TIA

Are you eligible to take it again yet? There is a required time period before you can test a second time.

So I took the exam March 11,2021 and I paid $200 right after the day I failed. So when am I supposed to get my 2nd ATT?

You have to wait 45 days before you can test again. As for when you will get your ATT, check the BON website.

Thanks, I'm just worried because I paid $200 right  the day after and now I didn't received ATt yet.Thanks anyways.

Sorry to hear, but keep your chin up and know that you can and will do this... 

Most states will have you complete an application for retest on their site (there will probably be a retesting fee). You will also need to pay another 200$ to PearsonVue. A new ATT will be issued following a mandatory 45 day waiting period.
