Did Anyone Get Their Letters from JJC yet?

Any one get accepted for the fall yet???? :nurse:

How did you feel :heartbeat when you got the letter? Any advice...something you would have done...or not have done?

I got in! It was a mistake that I initally didn't. I am in the day program! Anyone else?

Did they make a mistake...where on a waitlist and then got accepted...i remember in an earlier post you said you didnt get in

No, I just emailed them to ask why I didn't get in. My scores were higher than the average in 3 categories of

TEAS reading, grade point average and # of classes completed. My TEAS total was within the average. When they double checked, they left out some of my classwork which lowered me in g.p.a. category and # of core completed classes category. When they recalculated my score, I was in! i knew something was wrong. There was no way I shouldn't have gotten in. This was harder to get into the U of I!

Congrats to happyinillinois! Based on your earlier messages, I will have very similar application info for August. I started to worry after your post that you did not get in. Hopefully I will be admitted for January!

Good for you!! Just of out curiosity, what were the avg GPA, TEAS and reading scores for those accepted?
