QuoteDenmark has lifted all Covid-19 restrictions within the country, with coronavirus no longer considered a "socially critical sickness," according to the government.
This means that an indoor mask mandate, the use of a "Covid pass" for bars, restaurants and other indoor venues, and the legal obligation to self-isolate if you test positive are all ending.
"No one can know what will happen next December. But we promised the citizens of Denmark that we will only have restrictions if they are truly necessary and we'll lift them as soon as we can," Danish Health Minister Magnus Heunicke told CNN on Monday. "That's what's happening right now."

Tougher COVID-19 Lockdown Measures Imposed on Australia’s Biggest City (voanews.com)
According to the above article written 7/21, only 10% of Australia was vaccinated. This may be a factor in why the government did impose harsher restriction. Their economy, however, never tanked. I wonder what kind of measures we'd be having now if only 10% of USA were vaccinated.
Yes, Australia wouldn't open up until 80% were vaccinated. Melbourne endured nearly nine months in lockdown before this occurred.
I wasn't criticizing Australia was addressing your statement " no one is advocating "lockdowns" anyway." as this forum has participants from around the world. Austria just on Jan. 30th ended their lockdown.
Australia (not to be confused with the above Austria) saw a huge contraction in June 2020 and went into recession along with the rest of the world. They might have faired better than other countries but no it didn't "tank".
The US economy didn't necessarily tank either, Wall Street, Silicon Valley, and other industries did quite well because people were able to work from home. Other industries such as hospitality were hurt here of course, but they also were in Australia. Ironically during a non-lockdown period Australian industry was hammered by sick workers with Omicron which happened after they opened up with 80% vaccination rate.

But you're right at this point in time even Australia doesn't want to go backwards into lockdown. I think they know the economic and psychologic hardships are hard to continue while balancing it with healthcare needs of a virus that isn't going away even with vaccinations.
Finally to answer your question what kind of measures would we have with only 10% vaccinated. Probably the same measures we had when 0% were vaccinated when the vaccine came out...which were no measures to speak of, a few mask mandates here and there perhaps.

Countries could follow that lead if their populace is 85% vaccinated and their health systems are not already over burdened.

They eased restrictions during a time of a high infection rate, so I'm not surprised. It also goes to show that even highly vaccinated countries like Denmark, Israel and Australia are having issues with covid now.
Florida was the poster child of lifting restrictions and then becoming overwhelmed in 2020. But then things got better, then Delta came, then things got better, then Omicron came and now things are better. No restrictions.
Going in and out of lock down, in and out of restrictions only to see infections rise and fall surely must be exhausting to people.
Working with surge after surge rising and falling is hard on healthcare workers for sure.
