declaration of nursing education and or licensure

hi to allnurses,it's my first time to post a thread in here but i have been a member for quite sometime. It is such a good help reading forums in here..thank you!

Yesterday i received a letter from the BVNPT after more than 2 months waiting about the Declaration of Nursing Education and or Licensing.The questions here are confusing. Can someone here who got the same letter if you can help me fill it up please?..:(

the school must indicate in our RECORD OF NURSING PROGRAM that we have 54 hours of pharmacology, Right?

If you have pharmacology subject,ask your dean to put the grade,but if it's integrated with NCM's,ask your dean to make an explanation that your nursing pharma is integrated with your NCM's.

Hi dragon lady just wondering if after you sent your declaration of nursing how many months did it take for BVNPT to respond? thank you so much and GOD Bless!

I sent my application on march 18 and it took 5 months to get my eligibility.

It took them 8 weeks to respond.
