hi to allnurses,it's my first time to post a thread in here but i have been a member for quite sometime. It is such a good help reading forums in here..thank you!

Yesterday i received a letter from the BVNPT after more than 2 months waiting about the Declaration of Nursing Education and or Licensing.The questions here are confusing. Can someone here who got the same letter if you can help me fill it up please?..:(

I just received my eligibility yesterday. Thank you Lord!... After 6 months of patiently waiting, my prayer was answered. Don't lose hope

@posh_888: Congrats for getting your eligibility :) 6 months of waiting, how come it took that long, did you asked your CA BON to transfer your credentials to BVNPT or you submitted a new set of requirements from your school? Anyway, cheers and gooodluck...

I asked a new set of requirement s from my school.. I guess they're processing alot of applicants that's why..

Hi kabayan did the BVNPT send you declaration form to fill up?I too requested a new set of reqs.and didn't received any declaration form..

I am a BSN graduate from a nursing school in the Philippines (FEU) and i was also philippine licensed nurse and I was able to take the nclex rn test once here in CA but I didn't pass. recently my reapplication for nclex rn CA got denied also due to concurrency. So I applied to challenge nclex pn also here in CA. I submitted all the documents required (I submitted a new set of requirements)and now I received a letter stating that I don't have maternity and pediatric hours on the form and all hours was not listed, as to all hours indicated on the form is not 1530 to qualify for exam. I tried calling my analyst but up until now I didn't receive a reply from her. I will try calling my school to ask them what happen.

I had been following this thread for awhile now, and would like to ask:

1. if there is anybody that has the same situation as mine.

2. did you submit a photocopy of your rn license?, what does it mean by "official copy of nursing license?"

just contact your school again kabayan and let them know what happened to your application or best is send a photocopy of the letter from BVNPT to your school so they can put everything that is missing on your transcript...maybe your school just forgot to put your maternity and pediatric hours thats why you didnt qualify..if you were able to sit for the nclex rn once before for sure you can also sit for the LVN exam..plus your a BSN grad.and RN as well in our country..official copy of nursing license its just the photocopy of our RN license..you may also include the diploma type thing from PRC.

You are lucky they didn't asked you for that.. They require me to answer that declaration of nursing education and license. One reason why It took too long for my papers
