having a license in your country doesn't matter. Education is the basis of evaluation in California.

yeah, no thanks to the CHED, I hope they will make changes to the curriculum. a 1 minute lack of time in your theory will be enough to deny you. that's very unfair.

so even if You have a license in the Philippines, they will still require the cases and after evaluation, they will deny you?

what if I'm an RN, would they credit and allow me to take the exam?

I live in Sacramento too. you're right it's hard to get a job nowadays. 1% chance of finding a job and 99% chance of getting denied. Unless you have a friend or a family member that will help you to get a decent job.

the item mark with X. blah blah blah. to complete your application. that's what they said on their love letter of death right? I think majority of us will receive the same response. If you complete your requirements, they will start the final evaluation of your application.
