To all the people here at allnurses.com thank you for the great year. Here's to 2009!! :clpty:
Hey all,
I took my NCLEX for the 2nd time on December 31st and once again got all 265 of the questions and just found out today that I failed. I graduated in May and I'm so worn out with studying I don't know what to do. I'm not even sure if I can bring myself to study again. I have realized that my way of studying isn't working. I had a lot of priority questions, 6 SATA's, and no math calculations. I'm just confused right now and don't know what to do at this point.
Hey Kind-Hearted08,
We are in the same shoes. I too graduated in may and took nclex for the second time Dec.23rd and failed. I had all 265 questions and I felt so drained at the ending of the exam. i am still feeling drained. Anyway, i decided to give myself 2 weeks off and start studying again the week of the fifth. I know its difficult starting over again but just think about the fact that we made it through nursing school. I know too many people who got kicked out of nursing school and have to start all over. We made it and we will pass this exam. Just give yourself a bit of time to relax and then start again. Dont wait too long, you might get a bit too comfortable.LOL. Stay in touch and email me if your still feeling discouraged and you need that extra push. Happy New Year. This will be our year.

Sorry to hear about your results but you're not alone and a lot of us will start to study again in January. I think sometimes it's GOD'S way of giving you a break, who knows. Anyway hang in there, you can do this! I'll be studying right along with you. GOOD LUCK in your studies.:redpinkhe
