Hey everyone
I'm going to be petitioning for DCCC's 2015 nursing program. I recently just finished my TEAS (80.6%) and still waiting from the state about my clearances. In the mean time, I was told to take the TEAS one more time to "lock myself in" the day program at the Marple campus. Still debating that, but at this point it really can't hurt to sit through one more testing session.
Anyway, has anyone petitioned up to this point? It might be a little early to hear back (supposedly December-ish), but it could happen. I just wanted to get a feel for some TEAS scores, maybe get a little feedback/advice from the other nursing students that just completed their first year, etc.
Thanks all, and good luck!
I hope this thread is still active...anyway, hey everybody, I'm new here. I'm interested in petitioning for Fall 2015. I had a brief email convo with Nancy and she said that apps are still being accepted. Have any idea of what my chances would be for getting into the evening program with a composite score of 91? Also, does any one know if there's an age limit for the TEAS score? I didn't see anything in the application limiting the age of the score.
I doubt that there is a expiration date for the scores since they only allow you to take it 3 times within your life time. Your score is pretty amazing, congrats! I think the ONLY thing that would stop you from getting in if anything is if you petitioned after the priority deadline. Good luck!

That's a great reading score :) I think you'll definitely have a chance at day since there are more seats available. you also have a better chance of getting in because you selected the day/evening option.
Good luck to you!
