CT-CCNP 2017

Has anyone seen this addendum on the nursing curriculum packet page 9 for the 2017-2018 school year? I'm really, really hoping they're not adding any more prerequisites because I'm chomping at the bit to leave my current career and another year would be so hard!

"Based upon current curriculum planning these course requirements may change slightly, once finalized a transition plan will be put into place."

Well, the TEAS, my official transcripts from all colleges attended, my proof of high school completion and the computers requirement all say met. But the A+P 1/2, English, math and chemistry all say not met. I just took chemistry and A+P 1 and got As in both so I know for a fact that they will transfer but they still have not been 'met' on self service along with the math and English requirements.

Mines either and it's making me nervous. I contacted Norwalk (my school of second choice) and they said since Gateway is my college of first choice I have to direct all questions to them.

Well I've been trying to contact Gateway for the past month and none of my emails have been responded to. As anyone that is applying to Gateway gotten in touch with Ms. Banks?

I checked mines. All my "not met" were changed to "met". Except my A&P2, that I'm taking rightnow.

Mine all say met except A&P 2. None say what they were met with though!

Hey Guys!

Mine have all said met (with the exception of AP II in progress) since before the application deadline. All the relevant classes i had taken were at Community Colleges though, maybe that has some influence? I am checking mycommnet all the time to see if they have added my grades to the classes or calculated my nursing GPA... still nothing :/ I'm wondering if they enter the information for all students then "release" it to mycommnet all at once?

Trying to be patient! Hang in there everyone:)

My requirements for API, Chemistry, English and Math all still appear on mycommnet as 'Not Met'. However, all these classes are transfer classes from outside of the CTCC system so maybe it takes longer for those like someone said.

All of my classes except for chemistry were taken outside of the community college system. In fact, - lot of them are from other states. Mine all read met prior to the application deadline. I'm just impatiently waiting my "met with", grades and GPA.

If anything is saying not met other than A&P II I would be concerned and checking with the school.
