Has anyone seen this addendum on the nursing curriculum packet page 9 for the 2017-2018 school year? I'm really, really hoping they're not adding any more prerequisites because I'm chomping at the bit to leave my current career and another year would be so hard!

"Based upon current curriculum planning these course requirements may change slightly, once finalized a transition plan will be put into place."

My 1st choice is CCC, my second is NVCC

I don't know if second choices really ever come into play though...

We are officially past the application deadline. Who's already dreading the wait? It says we won't know until April but I think people started finding out in March last year?

I think the letters go out if you are ineligible in March. Everyone else finds out via mycommnet in April.

I think everyone finds out in April. The people who are wait listed first then the people who get accepted.

I wish there was a way we could find out the number of applicants per school vs the number of open seats.

Back in October for nvcc, they said roughly 250-260 apply. Intimidating, since they only have what like 125 seats. Crazy...

@fyrephish, yeah... probably not. They have to go through their accepted list then their entire wait list before they even start to look at their second choice list.

Out of our hands is exactly right! There's nothing left to do but wait. I've heard the same thing as what everyone is saying. Waitlisted hear in march and everyone else first week in April. Don't think I'm going to let myself look until April 1st. The second I break that seal of checking mycommnet, I'll be obsessively checking every chance I get! Good luck everyone:)
