CSUS Sacramento State Spring 2019

Published

Not sure if it has been made already, but I decided to make a forum for Spring 2019 applicants for Sacramento State!

I'm so disheartened :( I didn't get the 4 points for environmental background when I'm absolutely sure my school is technically considered. If I was sitting at 64 points this whole time why didn't she email me that I didn't get in in the first place? Would've saved me a whole lot of hoping and praying.

Did you get into any other schools?

Nope. Still waiting on Chico though but I doubt I got into there as well

I need help understanding the waitlist, especially since they only offered 67 seats and are holding the 10 other seats until Wednesday. So if I was to be waitlist #15, theoretically, am I rank #5 on the waitlist?

How many points did you apply with?

Same here. Chico is my last hope. How many points do u have with chico?

88 points. It's kind of low since the cut offs from previous years have been 90's or higher :( you?

I have 91, but pointa have gotten up at every school :/ i think you might still have a chance because they took in like 15 people from the waitlist last semester and cut off was like 91.5. Unless there are like 50 people with 90 points like with sac state...

It's just gotten soooo competitive over the past few years. It's insane how much work you put in with a 4.0 GPA and still not even be considered

I'm in! For newly admitted students, would we have to fill out the "onboarding day" google survey by December 12 as well along with the other forms? It says it was given to us for our planning, but I'm not sure if we have to submit anything on it... considering we have not yet been assigned. I am so scared to make a mistake and have my seat given away. Also! Anyone know if we need to maintain our 4.0/GPA throughout this round of finals or do we only need a C or higher?

I Know.. with sac state, i inly had one B (after omitting 2 classes), but i was getting extra points for language, environmental background, and first gen student, and even then, i didnt even make it to the waitlist...

Good question... Let us know if you get an answer about the onboarding form. I'll look into it as well :)

^ I emailed her about this and has yet to email back. I'm just so confused as to why they would hold 10 seats until Wednesday. Plus, candidate rank 70 is now alternate 1??

What school + year did you go to? And what county is it in? I can check.. I recieved points in this section..
