CSUS Sacramento State Fall 2018

Published

Effective Fall 2018, Sac State is changing their Selection Criteria for Admissions into the BSN program. I've created this thread for those folks that are planning on applying Fall 2018 to ask questions, share their thoughts, etc. I'm interested to know if the changes make it easier or harder to get accepted. I myself was planning on applying Fall 2018 but may decide to apply Spring 2018 if it's "easier" before the new changes are put into effect.

The selection criteria changes include NEW:

 Admission Point Assignments

 Minimum Admission Point Total

 Minimum Science GPA

 Adjusted Nursing GPA

 Standard Units

 Repeat Policy

 TEAS Points

 Optional Criteria Points

Did you guys check your school email? I got an email about a one year internship at a retirement home. Is this part of the nursing program?

Yeah, the email said we would find out sometime after 5pm tonight. If there was to be a change I am sure we would have gotten an email to give us a heads up.. at least thats what I hope

I just logged into MySacState but still nothing

The wait is agonizing! Best of luck to you all :)

Were Spring semester's accept/decline emails this late?

I'm starting to think it's not coming in today LOL. But, I have to be patient and keep refreshing
