Hi Everyone! I was searching around and couldn't seem to find a thread for the spring and fall 2016 ABSN program at CSUN. Hopefully we can use this thread to talk to and support each other as we go on this crazy journey

I just got the email that I was selected as an alternate for either Summer or Fall. I'm so dissapointed..Did anyone else get waitlisted. Does anyone know how good the chances are of a seat opening. Congrats to all that got in!

Have faith man, I'm sure other than myself others are possibly giving up their seat as well! Good luck :)

Whoops, keyboard went on the fritz! Don't give up hope, alternate spots arent a negative thing and you've already beaten the odds getting there! I'm sure plenty of people are giving up spots as their notifications have come quite late!

I spoke to the nursing school today and they said they'll be sending out answers this week and early next. I applied for both summer and fall.

does this mean it's possible for them to still send out acceptances till early next week?

That's what i'm thinking. I called the department and emailed them. when I called they said until the end of this week and the email said this week and early next for notifications regarding acceptance and denials. Hopefully we find out soon!

@kammy101 I opened the attachment and it was just the CSUN logo. I am just going to copy and paste it onto the Microsoft Word.

YEAH... @amals not sure how i can try to get your info without making it public... but Im pretty desperate for a fall seat. not that i'm not thankful to be in the program at all, I AM BEYOND EXCITED AND THANKFUL TO BE IN THE PROGRAM! But if the fall option is available to me, I would really like to take it! Thanks!
