Hi Everyone! I was searching around and couldn't seem to find a thread for the spring and fall 2016 ABSN program at CSUN. Hopefully we can use this thread to talk to and support each other as we go on this crazy journey :D

when I logged in, the portal showed that my password expired. I had to create new password and now my portal works. did this happen to you guys?

I don't think "Advisement Required in Major" indicates anything yet because it has been changed since last night (that's even before the chair has finalized the decision). I would assume: they send out email first, then change the status on the website.

But what did it say before "Advisement Required in Major"?

Jozaje - were you able to login? Does it say "Advisement Required in Major" for you?

For those that had the "change," does it say Fall 2016 or Summer 2016 on your portal?

mine says fall 2016

@hopefulmendoza I don't recall what was before. I think it was left empty. And yes, I was able to login after all. You just need to change the password.

Mine says Summer 2016, but I'm still trying to figure out if "Advisement Required in Major" is in fact a change - I don't know what it said before that (if it was different at all).

It seems like everyone's portal says "Advisement in Major Required", so I don't think we have any additional information that we didn't have before.

the list before only showed admissions and immunization to do list.
