I just got the call.....

I got in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They asked me if I have a preference between starting in the summer or fall and how flexible I am. I told them that I prefer summer, however, I'm extremely flexible.

CSUN ABSN c/o 2012!!!!!!! This has to be, hands down, the greatest day of my life :)

congratulations mrmandap!! that's awesome!! :yeah:

guess what ... i got the call also! woo hoo! i said that i would be happy to start in either semester but would slightly prefer fall because that would give me a chance to take epidemiology over the summer. i am very excited to see you on orientation day, may 26th i think it was. isn't life groovy?? i think it's time to celebrate!! :lol2:

I got a call today, too! I don't even know when the orientation is. I can't think straight ... I'm just too happy now. I'm going for fall semester so that I can go and see my family this summer in Europe.

Hey guys!

I also got a call today in the afternoon and was accepted for either summer or fall! =D SO HAPPY! =) I was really nervous about this because I didn't think I interviewed very well, but I'M IN!

For future applicants: they asked me how I used/benefited from any skills I learned during volunteering in a circumstance later in life... It took me completely off guard!

Congratulations everyone who got accepted! I also got in...I am so happy, I can't believe it! I mentioned to them that I prefer summer, but either would work. I look forward to meeting all of you at orientation! Cheers!!

Hi doggymama23.....I also got into CSUN for the fall semester. Where are you planning on taking the epidemiology class? At CSUN or somewhere else? I'd love to fit that in during the summer, as well, if I can.

Congratulations to everyone that got in!!!

I also got a call today and said i would prefer the fall cohort to fit in some travel before the year of non-stop schoolwork starts. I can't wait to meet everyone in the program. This year is going to be wild.

Congrats to all you guys! I'm really happy for you. You should be so proud. Unfortunately, I wasn't ever called for an interview... and I did not get a call... so things are obviously looking extremely bleak. I'm sad, but it'll be okay. I've gotten in to other schools.

I do have a question though -- did any of you guys that got accepted get accepted without a phone interview??

hi mint4321, and congratulations!! i am hoping that epidemiology will be offered at csun in the summer. i know that it has been in the past, and i'm hoping that the budget cuts don't interfere with the summer session classes. i'm excited to meet you!

I checked class schedule at CSUN and looks like they are offering 2 sessions for EPI this summer. I would sign up for the second one. Does anyone know when we can start signing up and when the orientation will be for the fall cohort?

We should start a facebook for CSUN ABSN 2011 so we can start getting to know each other.
