CSULB FALL 2019

Published

Hey everyone!

I know its a bit early but time flies fast and I pretty nervous so I'm sure other people are too. Is anyone applying to CSULB this upcoming semester for fall 2019? Just wanted to make this so we can talk about goals, nerves, points, and ask questions! Also, if there are any current or past CSULB nursing students...any advice? Hope to hear from u guys!

It was really simple. I just had to talk and do some exercise with the professors in charge of the session I was in. it was so simple that I got really shocked to not get any response until I contacted them. I just wore simple white shirt and black pants.

Do you remember how many points you had?

I just cancelled my interview so hopefully someone on the waitlist can take my spot! I am going to accept admission somewhere else

I calculated it and it was 9.613. For Communication Exercise, I think I didn't get any points for that because they told me I failed the exercise for some reason (I asked them the reason why I failed it, and they told me they don't know..)

Does the exercise involve any specific questions you need to answer? Sorry for asking, but I am going next week for the communication activity and I'm just pretty nervous about it.

@ERRM209 if you don’t mind me asking, what were your total points? (GPA and TEAS overall/TEAS reading)

What are you guys wearing for the communication exercise? Mine's coming up this Wednesday and I'm both nervous and excited!

I'm going to just wear a dress shirt and tie. I don't think formal business attire is necessary, but I could be wrong.

I was going to wear nice pants with booties, a nice shirt and a cardigan. Do y'all think its okay if I don't wear a blazer? I don't own one and I don't think I'll have time to buy one before Saturday when my exercise is.

I think you should be fine. That seems like an appropriate attire.

It was just general questions, so I don't think you don't need to worry about it too much.

My communication exercise is this Wednesday, I'm really nervous because I do not know what to expect. Does anyone have any detailed idea of what it will be like?
