I posted this in the California forum, but I think it got lost so I'm posting it here!

Who here is applying for the CSULA nursing program for Fall 2014? What are your stats? Have you taken the TEAS exam yet? I'm excited!

I have not taken the TEAS yet, but have my date scheduled for Oct. 25th.

I don't know what you're talking about? We had another deadline? Or is that from a different letter that the wait lister people got?

It's the acceptance letter... It's really long. But if you don't have any idea what I am talking about then I don't think i should worry lol

My letter was short. From what I understood, we just had to return the acceptance response by the April 11th, and pay the fee by March 1st. And then graduate 3 years later...

I may have skipped a couple steps, but that was it, as far as the acceptance letter….lol

How many people still have classes in progress??

I'm almost done with Micro and Stats and my CNA program.

I am taking Micro and Psych 41 right now. I am taking Eng 102 and PE in the summer. And I am taking poly sci and a history class at some point during the nursing program.

This is never going to end…lol

Dang!! Luckily I only have to take poly sci

Well, by the time we start the program, I will only need poly sci and a history class. And the three upper GEs. That's one or two classes per year. Hopefully not too bad.

Man, I may not be joining you guys this cohort! What a bunch of bologna lol This past week I've been doing my GE certification and I realized that I'm .5 credits away from the 60 unit minimum to transfer and even though I'm enrolled in a class for the summer, the last semester they look at is Spring for Fall. If I get denied my provisional admittance I will be petitioning, however, because all the airheaded counselors at my school told me I was on track, but I've been reading that petitions are rarely granted. :[ Maybe MDawg will be of assistance with me in this because she really likes me.

I'll keep you guys updated! I am waiting my final grades to be posted and will be sending my transcripts in ASAP to see what they say.
