It may be a bit early, but I wanted to create this forum for all of us students who want to be accepted into CSULA's SON for Fall 2019. We can discuss the TEAS, pre-reqs, deadlines, points, CSU transfer procedures, etc. Let's do this!

Just wanted to confirm that this is true! I didn’t get an email, but I called the office again and she checked it for me! Will be paying the $70 tonight! Would double check if you haven’t paid the $70!

You can also call ‭(323) 343-3195‬ for assistance. Shauntelle (sp?) is super helpful! They close at 6 PM today.

Hello!

I’m a csula student and I’m wondering whether csula students have to also register for the orientation?

I'm guessing current CSULA students also need to go to orientation because it's an orientation specific to the nursing program. lf you'd like, you can call the orientation office to make sure. ?

I am interested in csula's nursing program. How does the point system work? How many points are awarded for each category? Thank You!

This year they changed the way that the point system works. It's not public anymore, so no one really knows. I'm guessing that they still give points based on the same categories: cumulative GPA, prerequisite GPA, TEAS English and Reading Score, and extra points for volunteer or work experience. However, there's no way to know for sure since the point system is no longer available on their website.

Thanks for the info! I am applying for adn programs right now, so I am hoping to get into the ADN-BSN bridge program at CSULA in a couple of years!

I hope i'm not stepping on anyone's toes but I had free time and I made a Facebook group for us. Please come join haha. Also, I was wondering if like two or three other people would like to be admin as well to approve new members? That way we always have someone who can help approve new members and etc!
