considering that they’re magnet I feel like it shouldn't be super hard to fill in the spaces unless their pay is low! Im not sure what the starting rate is for new grads! we have been having a nurse shortage everywhere so I’m sure they need more though ? I love that you’re taking care of yourself! Enjoy ?

hi hi! I only applied to observation care and float pool at lbm.. I already had my interview for float pool but I haven't heard back and it's been over a week so I'm assuming that I didn't get the job? I'm not super sure! they told me that technically it's considered a 1 year program because we have quarterly training but the preceptor portion is actually shorter. I also applied for saddleback memorial's program (neurosciences/general new grad/acute medical unit) but I haven't heard back from that either! I'll update if I do hear back though ?

Hello! I just wanted to make this forum to see if any has heard back from any of the new grad openings from memorial care for this October yet? I got invited to an interview for Long Beach Memorial float pool but that's about it so far. A little worried because October's just around the corner and I haven't seen many updates with my application. Would greatly appreciate any insight on the interview/types of questions for LBM float pool because it sounds really intimidating based on previous posts! ? thank you and good luck everyone!

You're probably right! I applied with my second bachelor's! I'm still wondering if they accidentally sent me an admissions letter because it feels unreal ?

Mine asked to turn in "final transcripts" but I already sent in official ones when I turned in the application ? I hope that I don't have to send them in again! The due date for my transcripts is 07/15 ? Is it the same for yours?

Hey! I got the same exact email at the same time, and I am also a second bachelor's applicant! I know it says nursing program, but I was so paranoid that it actually means that we're just accepted into the school.. and not the program yet! ? It does say Fall 2019 admission to the Nursing program though... I didn't find out about it until after their office hours so I might call tomorrow morning to confirm!
