Through email! First I got a confirmation email my application had arrived, then a few days later received another email with interview dates.

@earlgreycake Thanks so much for clarifying!! Did you get the confirmation email pretty quickly? I submitted my app right on the deadline, but haven't received a confirmation email just yet. Hopefully they get it!

I would say pretty quick. I got a confirmation email two days after I mailed it, but I would imagine they get way more applications after the deadline, so they probably just have a lot more to sift through at the moment. Did you have tracking with your app to confirm it arrived?

Hello everyone,

I haven’t received a confirmation email yet either. I think they just might have too many applications to go through. Fingers crossed for an email soon!

Hi! I asked them the other day how many applications they received, and they told me they don’t even know yet because they haven’t been able to get to all of them yet. It just really depends on how soon you sent it in and whether you had all of your components together in one package. I’m sure you’ll hear back soon! After all, interviews are supposed to continue throughout until March.

I was also worried, but was told that they are working on the applications. Seems like they received a lot. I think they have to weed through all of them to make sure that all of the components are in/ qualifications are met prior to moving forward.

We are on the same boat!

@etchensketch could you describe a weekly schedule for the ABSN program? I am currently completing pre-req’s and starting to panic at the thought of the crazy life I’m about to start. What is your week like??

Hi, all!
I, too, have completed my app to this program and am waiting to hear back, with breath that is bated. Haha. Any other parents in this mix? If there are any parents in the 2019 class, I’d love to hear your thoughts/experience with the school/life balance. I’m excited to be on this crazy train with all of you! Best of luck!

I am a parent too! Projected nursing student in 2021. I would LOVE to know how this goes for you. Please check in every now and then. I’d love to see how it works out schedule wise. I am anxious about that aspect and praying I can actually do this.

@Staceyfreddy16 well, I can tell you that it has definitely made prereqs more difficult! Ha. Also, I’m curious if you’ve been able to squeeze healthcare volunteer hours in? I haven’t, but I’m hoping that my GPA and TEAS score are still competitive.
