It's sad actually, I've called so much I wanna disguise my voice so they don't recognize me. I hadn't thought about taking names, but that is a good idea. It's extremely frustrating, I've gotten several different answers, but it seems they will start sending stuff out in March(?) Oh well, gluck to us!

:sniff:Mnguy--I haven't heard from Kathy Hinoki. I was trying to convince myself that it was still to early to start to worry. CRAP!!!!

I wonder if has to do with the fact that I barely turned in my Winter grades on the 19th (including the Lifespan Psych grade). One of the grades STILL hasn't posted in spite of contacting the professor and admissions. I really, really want to get into the CSULA program. There are only 20 spots and if they are already interviewing and we didn't get called but I still have to believe that there's a chance.

I haven't gotten anything from CSUF either, so I have a feeling that your being invited to interview so early must be a good sign for you. I'll let you know if I hear anything about any of the programs that we are both applying to--please let me know if you hear anything. When is your inteview for CSUF? I wish you the best with the interview and with the other programs :)

This week is going to be more nerve wrecking than I realized.

i thought i would get a reply back from you tomorrow. i didnt expect a reply so quick!

i was being such a crybaby when i read the zoogirl post on the csula thread. so i decided to turn this bad news into some productive action. i decided to apply to one more school, msmc acc-bsn for fall. i signed up for two religious studies courses and one phil course for this spring (which started this week!!!) so i will be eligible to meet the march 15 deadline. since this is all last minute for me do you have any tips in making this a quick and smooth application period? tomorrow i need to go order transcripts....... ahh. i will not be able to attend the info session . you applied for summer start at msmc right? have you heard back from them?

i am going to call kathy hinoki tomorrow to see if she has called all the applicants already! ill let you know what she says.............................

They do not mail out "confirmations" or check lists, which is why you haven't received anything. There was a check list in the application in order to make sure you put in all the things needed.

i thought that they said they would mail the checklist when they confirmed that our applications were complete. i don't even know where i got the idea that the self-addressed, stamped envelope i sent was for that. i looked through the application, but i didn't see anything like that.

Well I know they email you and send a letter that invites you to an interview as well so maybe they put it in that envelope? I'm still waiting BUT I'm towards the end of the alphabet so am not worried...YET! Lol!

Can anyone give me more information about the gpa requirements???? My BA gpa was kinda low...and I am hoping that the good grades in my prerequisite classes will help...Does anyone know the average gpa of the people who are offered interviews or admission???? Also, my degree is form Cal State Fullerton, does this help at all getting into the program?????

i don't know about the GPA requirements, but i believe you need at least a 2.7. i know they calculate the pre-reqs separately too, so maybe that helps? gluck!
