Thought I'd start at Fall 2020 thread for CSUEB to see if anyone else here is preparing to apply for Fall 2020 in Hayward.
I'm finishing up my pre-reqs this Fall and just signed up for the TEAS. Getting pretty excited as I feel like some of my hard work is starting to pay off and just wondered if anyone else is too. Here are some of my stats: science GPA 4.0, cumulative 3.97, local admin points and health hours are good.
I've never written a personal statement before which is now required, anyone have any tips? I want as many of those 20 points possible as I can manage!

That I am not sure, but I didn't get off the waitlist last semester. Do not get discouraged, I re-applied with health care experience and I got admitted! Just try to do anything you can to add points to your application to boost your chances.

Is anyone on here that was accepted as a transfer student???? I havent been able to accept university admission yet. My status on MyCSUEB still says my application is still under department review. I already accepted nursing admission and let nursing know about this a week ago and still have not received anything in mail/email.

I let the nursing department know on the 23rd and received my college acceptance today. I’m a second baccalaureate, so not sure if that makes a difference. Keep checking MyCSUEB because they didn’t send me an email or anything. I just had to keep checking my account for an update.
Hello everyone! I was put on the waitlist on March 11th on my first time applying. I know the department does not give out rankings for students, but does anyone know how many students typically get off the waitlist? Does anyone think more students will drop & choose a different school thats farther away due to the covid19 situation depending on how it goes? I'm feeling pretty discouraged & really wish the department would let students know where they stand on the waitlist so we don't get our hopes up.
