I'd like to start a thread to those applying or have already applied to the ABSN program for Fall 2013 (Temecula/San Marcos locations)
I personally have not applied yet. I still have Anatomy and Microbiology in progress this Spring semester and will be completing Physiology during Summer. I'd like to apply soon, but quite hesitant since I still have quite a number of courses IP.
I will be contacting an advisor within this week and will definitely update this thread with further information. It might be too early to say, but good luck to all of us!
That's really interesting! I just got my updated evaluation today and emailed extended learning about the enrollment status for Fall 2013 and was given the following info: "With regards to Fall 2013 admissions, our review committee is still doing rounds of admission to fill up the cohort. Therefore, you have up until the program start date to be notified of Fall 2013 admission which begins August 26, 2013."
Maybe I was given misinformation, but I wouldn't give up yet. Good luck everyone!

I called extended learning today as well and they said the exact same thing. I'm not sure which statement is true anymore. I wish they were consistent.

I received my conditional acceptance email to Fall '13 today!! Don't give up hope yet! I just paid my intent to enroll fee, and will be waiting for the packet for the background check. I'm so excited but so nervous!!

Just got an e-mail about doing the background checks and that the orientation date is August 12th. I heard that this is when people meet, look for roommates, and such. Hope this helps.

Yay! I got my conditional acceptance letter earlier this week! It was odd because I got my evaluation about 2 weeks after CSUSM received my transcripts & TEAS score. I had more questions than answers so I emailed the advisor who did my eval. Then several days later instead of answering my questions, I got the conditional acceptance letter via email.

Hi Cdrake1444, Did the email state what time orientation will start? I'm worried because I'm scheduled to fly back to San Diego on that day and will probably need to change my flight to an earlier one.
Did anyone else here back from CSUSM? I just emailed my advisor today and she confirmed that the Fall cohort is closed, so those who've already been ranked will now be considered for Spring 2014.
