I just recently got a pair of Croc's. I have problems with plantar faciitis and sunken arches. I have to say that Croc's hurt my feet. I have heard so many good things about them on this board. Anyone out there having the same problem as me ?

I love my Crocs, but yes, they can get very slippery when the sole begins to wear down. Crocs need to come up with a more durable sole.
I also love a shoe/clog called Anywears. The style that I like are flat and are non-vented. They can easily accommodate any type of arch support.
Here is the website:
I use to have terrible Plantar Fasciitis (thanks to being on my feet so much). I was almost crippled by the pain. I finally got Cortisone Injections and started wearing Anywears and that saved my life.
Crocs are being banned in my workplace due to several accidents. They are hopeless in wet areas, they have no grip and I don't feel safe anymore wearing them.Birkenstocks are a good option. We don't have Dankso's here (i like the look of them though) they are more expensive than crocs but are so comfy and worth the money.
I ordered my Danskos online.

I wear the Specialist model of Crocs...they come in vented and non-vented, the tops are closed and they have good support(I have high arches). I haven't slipped at work and our environment gets pretty wet what with saline, blood, etc. Haven't even had any "croc stops".
