CRNE October 2010

Hello every1,

I am going to take CRNE in October 2010. I need your tips and suggestions. I am registered with CARNA (Alberta board of Nursing) but going to take my exam in Toronto. I guess CRNE is standardized exam and is same all over Canada. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks for the info. Meaning the pass mark was 118/182. If my calculations are right, then there were 18 experimental questions. This is scary

WanYeso.....dont scare yourself off the wall.......be cool and wait for the results. Remember all has been done lol your envelop is along the way hopefully next week we will be celebrating our victories.........Have a nice weekend and keep your fingers crossed for the best.

So sorry you did not make it this time. Be encouraged for God is faithful. He who started the good work shall be faithful to complete it and no affliction shall happen to you a second time...these are God's words for his children. Do not lean on your own understanding but through prayers and supplication, put your trust in Him.

What is the pass mark? is it 118/120 or 118 out of what. Please let us know.

ladydodo is it true that the CNO has extended the FEB 2011 exam registration date?!

are the 18 experimental questions at the end of the exam or were they scattered throughout the entire exam

Here in Vancouver, CRNBC extended the registration for those who didn't make it 'til November 26.

Yes its true Im the one who called them and thats what I was told, since the Ontarians have not yet received their results.

Deadline is November 24th.

So, we've had results posts from PEI (1), BC (several) and Alberta (1). One unsuccessful so far. I don't think we had any candidates from Saskatchewan or the other Maritime provinces posting into this thread, mostly BC and Ontario this go-'round. (The Rodeo is in town, pardon the jargon.) Ontario's results should start popping up on Monday or Tuesday.

That sucks bradons.. I too did not pass (i was off by 2 marks) so we'll be both writing in the February exam. Just keep positive!

Brandon and booloo, I'm sorry to here that you didn't pass...I wish all the best of luck in feb...I'm still waiting anxiously for my results here in Ontario...I know that Brandon mentioned that the pass mark is 65% is that out of the 200 questions...I'm curious and a bit confused as to how some ppl came to the conclusion that the pass mark is 118/182....if you can clarify that for me I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
