CRNE October 2010

Hello every1,

I am going to take CRNE in October 2010. I need your tips and suggestions. I am registered with CARNA (Alberta board of Nursing) but going to take my exam in Toronto. I guess CRNE is standardized exam and is same all over Canada. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Congratulations tracy12 :yeah:...........your wait is over now! We will stress right through the weekend. Since we pay low fees as compared to other provinces, I guess the waiting explains the cheap fees!

pass mark is 65%.

i failed and got 64.3%.

O well, guess I will write again in February. Wish these tests were hands on.

Sorry you didn't make it brandons. Good luck in the next session. Can you please let us know what the cut off was and how many experimental questions there were? This is even more frightening than before. Someone said before that it was 118 but i wonder if it was 118 on what?

actually the pass mark was 64.8%.

now thats to close to comfort.

Thanks for the info. Meaning the pass mark was 118/182. If my calculations are right, then there were 18 experimental questions. This is scary

:eek: This is going to be a long weekend for us out here in Ontario. So far none of my friends in Toronto has recieved their results. I'm trying to think positive. I'm praying for everyone :)

Congratulations to all those who passed.

The anxiety is increasing. This is my second time writing this and already i can count i have around 20 mistakes that i know about...which means i can only get another 44 questions wrong. not to mention i rushed through the last 15 questions...does this seem bad honestly??? im feel awful about this.
