It is a brand new site, not sure if there have been any actual tests there yet.

Yes, there have been. Facebook groups report favorably.
Thanks for the replies.

I just passed both FCCA's one last night and one literally 5 mins ago lol. I did see on excelsior site that the Alice site is offered for CPNE does anyone know what region they consider this is it the SPAC? or the other I will be spending this week focusing on sites and getting my passport photo and other items I will need to apply for CPNE, but now I really have to focus and choose. I am hoping TX is SPAC so I have more options besides GA.
Texas sites were under NPAC after the MPAC (Midwest) administration was absorbed by NPAC. It's all one big group now though - no more NPAC or SPAC - with the Georgia sites requiring a more extensive background check: Excelsior College | Finding a Test Site
thanks

@bgriffin32 congratulations. I will be taking both fcca exams tomorrow.
thank you and good luck read each question twice.
@bgriffin32 I failed both FCCAs. I want to cry. Don't know where I went wrong. I purchased all of the books and even studygroup101 materials. I had a stressful week and dont feel like I truly applied myself. This is my first time failing an EC class... How soon can I register to take the classes again?
You can go ahead and register for the upcoming on starting in May, you do not have to wait. I am sorry to hear this for you I know with out going into details but the finals seemed completely different from the preceding test that you had to take. I think the finals can make you over think somethings and then some I would have liked to have more information for the question, but I know you will pass the second go round. I honestly did not use the books I only used SG101 I study their material and took their practice quizzes.
@bgriffin32 thank you
