Covering the number during exam

Is there a way you can cover the test number questions while taking the nclex, im taking the exam soon.. Thanks

Yeah you can close the question count and the clock.

I might be mistaken, but I thought I had only been able to hide the clock, not the question number.

You can hide both by clicking on them
