Hi all! Im a newly licensed RN and this is my first cover letter. Really need some constructive advice from all you pros out there as to whether or not this is a good start. Thankyou in advance :)

Overall it's good, but a too long.
And watch the superlatives. Avid? Exceptional? Be prepared to justify those terms in an interview. Also, 3 years is not anywhere close to being an extensive nursing career.
Remember, you want to sell, not oversell yourself.
Ok thanks! Yea I guess it's not lol feels like forever to me..but I'm having an issue with shortening it. I made a few minor changes, but don't know what I should take out & btw it's a bit less than 1 page.
