Costs of random drug screening during nursing school?

I'm new to this site, so I'm hoping I can get some feedback. I'm currently in nursing school and our program has told us they are starting random drug screening and it will be at our cost, but they haven't disclosed how much we will be expected to pay for each test. Money is VERY tight for me, and since the testing is random, I'm guessing we won't have much advance given to come up with the money, so my question is what was/is the cost of a drug screen for you guys? I know it is a urine test through a lab and tests for 10 things, so if this is how you were tested, please let me know how much you were charged per screening.

In my experience, they're bluffing. You might need to get one drug test before clinicals, but that's usually it. It's a scare tactic.

We got tested before each clinical, and Randomly twice. That's 6 drug tests. They ain't bluffing honey...

The company my school uses does a 10-panel urine screen for $40. So far I haven't heard about randoms, but I know we need to have 1 done before we can start our first clinical rotation in June.

We had to pay for a drug screen and background check combo thing. It was $85

i have to get one done before starting school in August. Our school uses one company who handles all our mandatory testing (immunizations, h&p, fingerprinting, drug testing, etc). The fingerprinting is 35 & the drug test is 44 I believe. However the school adds those two charges to our school account.
