I am also working on making my post to 15 so I can pm suzzane to avail her plan, but now that she's no longer here to help us on that program, maybe the best way we can do is continue to read the saunder's.I am sure that is where her program revolved as she suggested this book for a good review. To all of us who wish to try her program,l am hoping that we will be alright reviewing on whatever material we think can help us pass to be an RN.

Try to put a little more emphasis on priority, delegation, and infection control. You will see alot of this on the nclex. Good Luck.

SunshineBSN 64 Posts Feb 28, 2009 I have the 3rd edition as well. I think the only difference are some minor changes such as labs. The actual patho of the diseases should be the same.

Feb 28, 2009 The 4th edition includes some changes that has been made and also questioons with the new format like SATA. I personally would spend to make sure I had the best material and if that means the latest then I would get it
