My previous employer offered monetary incentives for professional certifications and clinical ladders, but it was a bleak place to work.My current employer offers no incentives whatsoever for certifications and offers no clinical ladder program, but my stress level is reduced at this job.

What kind of job do you have now? Less stress sounds nice.

No, but state they "require" it after a certain amount of time. Not sure they hold people to this at the moment (ok I know they don't).
No, but will give you money once if you attain it. The amount results in a portion of the test fee here for my specialty. Most but not all of it.
Yes but it's just being rolled out.
Arizona.

BSN? You get to keep your job after 12/31/19.
Certification? Nope.
Clinical ladder? Yes, $1-$2 more per hour. But it's extremely difficult to get approved to move up.

Nope. ADNs are required to obtain their BSN within 4 years of hire. My hospital doesn't hire LPNs.
Yes - $1/hr for CPN cert (not sure if incentives are offered for other certifications).
Kind of - we get bonuses.
I'm in the lower Midwest.
