Potential for infection related to impaired tissue perfusion

Self care deficit related to impaired mobility

There are lots more but my NANDA is really rusty. I haven't used it since nursing school...

not knowing anything about your pt, i would question the following, as well as previously mentioned dxs:

tissue integrity

mobility

risk of infection

fluid volume

you need to assess all abnormal data on your pt.

for example, pain would be an appropriate blanket dx but maybe your pt is denying?

or, maybe s/he's receiving pain meds?

we can throw dxs out there but won't necessarily be correct until we know what your pt presents with.

There is a procedure to doing this. Look up the signs and symptoms that a person will have when they get this complication. Then, you use that information to match the signs and symptoms with defining characteristics of appropriate nursing diagnoses. You do not diagnose by medical condition. What you are attempting to do is similar to a medical student telling you that they needed to come up with a list of appropriate medical diagnoses for someone with a swollen arm they cannot move.

Risk for Anxiety would come to mind. Every patient I have had with compartment syndrome was extremely anxious.
