I can't believe it! I am so excited. My hospital is opening a new onsite health club free of charge in an old storage space area. They are telling me there will be 15 treadmills, some notalist equipment and 6 or 7 elipticals. VERY COOL!!!!!

Cool. We have a gym that is used primarily by the cardiac rehab patients, but several coworkers and doctors use it as there is plenty of space. But we have to pay. I don't like the hours so I don't use it.
Good luck and healthy living to you!

Very cool. My employer offers a fitness club membership (the club is just three or four years old). All the latest equipment as well as hot tub, saunas, therapy pool, exercise pool, and lap pool. Raquet ball courts, basketball court, indoor walking/running track, everything you could want. To top it off, the monthly membership fee is reimbursed if you attend eight visits per month. Great way to unwind and stay in shape.
