wow! nice one!! could be a way in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person shares his/her skills, knowledge to his/her fellow nurses who have been wanting to have someone who can help them in terms of employment, application process , choice of destination and so many other things that concerns nursing.

Conference online especially if there are many participants will help everyone keep track of the things being discussed.

Eyeball too is fine,more direct and personal. Either way, what matters most , everyone's been able to share and help. Bravo! ♥
