Hey guys! Thought I'd start a thread for Columbia DNP hopefuls. I applied for the June 2021 cycle for the AG-ACNP specialty. Would love to hear from others while waiting for decisions!

I also got accepted to the DNP for AGACNP program! I only applied to Columbia and placed all my bets on it. So excited for the program and meeting you all! Not very excited about the tuition costs though >.<
Another AGACNP! Congratulations! Can’t wait to meet everyone. I wonder how small our cohort is going to be. I recently watched their white coat ceremony from January and the AGACNP cohort was very small...like 17 students! I wonder if that trend continues.

Yeah! I also heard the AGACNP cohort is typically small and there were a lot more applicants that applied this year compared to last year. So we are very fortunate to be accepted! Congrats to everyone who got in!! ?

I already put in my deposit! The program isn’t going to cheap like Hunter’s but I think it’ll be worth it in the long run.
Just now, Terilyn M said:Is anyone planning to do this program full time while working full time as an RN as well? I’m debating if I should try to stay full time at work to get tuition reimbursement benefits or go part time/per diem.
I’m planning on staying FT at work. It seems according to their academic plan that 7 credits is considered full-time. So perhaps 3 classes in the Summer is my plan but will see how to things go closer to June.
