Columbia Post-BSN DNP ( June 2021)

Hey guys! Thought I'd start a thread for Columbia DNP hopefuls. I applied for the June 2021 cycle for the AG-ACNP specialty. Would love to hear from others while waiting for decisions!

I just got an email Wednesday! I think they are being sent through this week and next week!

Got my email today that application materials are complete, and it’d be forwarded to admissions.

For those that got the email, does your application status still just say “submitted”? Or under review or something else

It says “submitted” for me. No change as of yet.  Hopefully we hear back soon. I wonder how many applicants/available seats the DNP portion has compared to the MDE cohort.

Has anyone heard anything from admissions regarding a timeline for decisions to be posted or does the waiting game continue?

I have not heard anything from admissions, but I do remember on the AG-ACNP application page it lists March 2021 as when decisions will be posted: https://www.nursing.columbia.edu/programs/doctor-nursing-practice

Thank you!  Long wait ahead then.  Have you heard back from NYU?? I hope you get in to one of your choices.

Sorry for the late response! Looking at the threads here, I think NYU historically releases decisions in March as well! It’ll be a long wait for me! LOL thank you so much!

This year’s MDE decisions are being posted today.  Has anyone heard back on the DNP yet?

I have been watching that thread too! Nothing yet on my end. It seems from previous post BSN-DNP threads that decisions have gone out from Feb. 22 to March 6th  so hopefully we all hear some good news today!

Hey guys! My application still says “submitted.” Was curious if anyone has heard anything from admissions or has heard when they plan to release decisions? From what I’ve seen on earlier threads, this is unusually late for them.
