I'm getting ready to apply to the Columbia's ETP for 2010. I was just wondering who else was applying and what you were doing to make your application stronger! Also where else are you applying and what do your stats look like (GPA, GRE, experience, etc) ? I'm getting nervous as I start the whole application process and just thought I'd turn to the forums for some support and guidance!

Did you call that Monday when you didn't receive anything? What are they telling you is taking so long. The woman on the phone claimed that they are having a "webinar" today and were going to get their passwords to use the system today at the webinar... And that's why we would get the info this monday...
I think when I called that day, they had been aiming to send it out that Monday, but when I spoke to **** ***** a couple days later regarding the issue, she said the new loan laws changed everything and they had to repackage all our financial aid packages. I really do hope we find out everything this coming Monday though!
I received the dorm email as well and then a package for housing came on Friday via FedEx to my house. I'll probably sign on for the dorms until August 6. They ask for a $300 deposit. Did anyone else get the package?
I spoke with CU FinAid again today, asking where the financial aid package was that they told me I'd have by today and was told that they are sending us an email that says they we will have them to us by May 1st at the latest. SURE!
I'm seriously getting worried. School starts in month and a half. I just pray that this isn't a peak at how the entire CU system runs...

It says that my contract is from June 1, 2010 to August 6, 2010. Does everyone have the same contract period?? I was hoping that my contract would end in 2011...in case I actually liked dorm life. I guess I'll have to give them a ring about it. Also, my submission deadline to turn in my $300 deposit is due on 4/14...kinda soon in my opinion.
yeah! sfrntobe! but i got it today! but the submission date is 4/14.... today is 4/12.... what the heck! now i have to spend another $23 to overnight it to them?!?!!
OMG, where did the month go. Yah, I just realized 4/14 is tomorrow. Do we really have to overnight? I mean we just got the info, but guess I will play it safe. Yay for dorms (sorta)! At least I have a place to forward my address now. And Dizzy no, I did not get that financial email about May 1.
