Columbia CRNA 2020

Hello all,

I wanted to start a thread for any perspective applicants for Columbia's Anesthesia program for 2020. I submitted my application last week and wanted to hear if anyone was called for interviews yet.

My stats: ADN 3.7 BSN 4.0 CCRN, CMC, CRNI, BLS/ACLS instructor, recently promoted to unit clinician. 2.5 years of Cardiac ICU in a large level 1 teaching hospital. (of note: went to school close to 10 years and have poor grades)

Congratulations ??. When did you interview?? Just want to see if they are going by interview dates.

Hate when people ask this on forums but.. do you think they’re calling alphabetically? LOL.

Hoping that they haven’t finished calling all 40 students just yet!

I have no idea, but for some reason I think they did their invitations for interviews by alphabetical order. So maybe they are.

I had called when I was losing my mind waiting and I was told that 215 people applied and they interviewed 92 people.
