Hey guys I didn't see any thread for the Spring 2022 semester, so I thought I should start one ?

Congratulations to everyone who got in, I am super sad because I did not apply to the ADN program but I did get into the lvn program. My stats are super good I got an 85 on the TEAS and completed all my prerequisites and I am reading yalls comments and seeing that so many people had lower stats than me and they got into the ADN program. Ugh I wish I had applied to the ADN program, I could have easily got in to it. does anyone know if there's like a waitlist that I could apply or if there's anything that can be done. Please help a girl out. it would be so much better financially for me if I get into the ADN program. then doing lvn and then bridging to RN.

The ADN waitlisted candidates will come from those who applied by the deadline for spring2022 cohort and were close to the cut off score. Given your stats I think you could’ve gotten in as well. Spring typically has fewer candidates than fall. This Spring was shocking, given the last few cohorts had a record of number of applicants.  I think this gave a greater chance of acceptance to those scoring in the lower 80’s high 70’s, on the TEAS.

Question- is there anyone on this thread that hasn’t heard anything back yet in terms of acceptance/ rejection letter? I called and emailed last week to confirm they got my application, because I haven’t received any emails… and haven’t received an email back nor phone call…

I am so happy I received the acceptance email yesterday evening! Where are all my accepted cohorts?! So incredibly excited to start! Congratulations to everyone.

I just received an email yesterday evening around 5 to 6 pm. In a previous email they said they were sending out letters by the 29th, and my acceptance letter says to make a decision by Monday October 25th. I don't know if this helps at all.. if you haven't received anything, I would call Monday for sure!

What were you told when you called? Did you mail it to [email protected]? You have to call again on Monday 25th October.

I called and emailed. The call went to their voicemail and I left a message. I emailed Diane and never heard anything back. And no one returned my phone call. This morning I emailed Karen. I wish they were open today so I can call instead of waiting until Monday. ?

Did you submit before the August 31st deadline? Did you include your main email?

Yes I made sure everything was correct on the application and double checked my email was correct like 5 times just to be sure, and I dropped it off in person on August 30th and was directed to the ADN drop box by staff. I checked my email I put on the application and looked in every folder spam etc… and even checked my Collin email even though I didn’t put it on the application. I’m just really at a loss right now
