I have an appointment with College Network Rep. this week. I was wondering if anybody has graduated from the program. I am an LPN trying to get my RN. If anybody has any information I would greatly appreciate it.
Hey Yall...I just looked on Amazon and they ALSO have College Network Modules. Large selection. More expensive than eBay but still really cheap compared to TCN. Make sure you put "the College Network" in quotes when you search it. Maybe this link will work.
I am currently looking at two modules from CN, I signed up before reading this info- (big bummer)... now I am totally committed financially. It costs $210 each time you go take one of your module tests. BTW, a module is a book which has all the info in it for you to go through, then you go test out at a testing center. I am having a hard time retaining the entire book, which is required to take the exam. It is very difficult.
Wishing you luck, choose wisely.

And from what I understand CA doesn't take Excelsior, although they are an actual degree granting school. But I think they DO take ISU. However..you do not need TCN to use ISU or Excelsior. You have to be accepted into ISU's nursing program just like any other nursing program..and then you test out wherever they tell you too and get your degree through them with the materials they recommend. Usually cheaper to go this route than to spend extra on TCN. I would cancel TCN RIGHT NOW if it hasn't been three days yet...investigate the matter...THEN decide.
