Hello! I just applied to COM’s nursing program for fall 2021. I believe I have 86 points per my calculations. Anyone else applying? I heard that quite a lot of applicants from 2020 who got in last year decided to defer for a year due to COVID, so there will be less available spots this year!! I’m hoping 86 pts is enough to get in, and I’m also hoping to apply for the BSN program through either option they offer. Would love to hear from anyone else hoping to get in to COM Nursing this year!
I think they’re sending out emails individually. Acceptance emails were sent Tuesday I believe and I got my waitlist email yesterday.
They told me their admissions are not over just yet, but they’re offering acceptance to those who have 78 points or higher right now. They said they would update their website “weekly as they move down the list” whatever that means? Not sure.
I applied with 70 points.

Yes, it was out of 100.
It said they could not accept me based on the multi-criteria admissions process, but how the admissions process is not over yet and to continue checking my email and the website for the latest info.

It was an email. No letter. Check your spam/junk folder too just to be sure. This is just the first round of acceptances. Over the next month they will continue sending emails. The time limit to accept is relatively short. I believe I had until Monday to accept or decline. So the next round of emails should probably go out next week I think?
