College of Marin (COM) 2024/25 applicants

Hi! Just wondering if there is anyone here who applied to the COM program for this fall. I did and I'd love to connect with others who are anxiously waiting for news! 

We have to wait until Friday to access the Welcome Packet right? It doesn't let me get past the password part RN

To create a special place for your cohort:

  • Click on the "Breakroom/Clubs" link under "Communities" at the top of any page in the upper left on desktop or "Breakroom" under "Special Sections" in the upper right on mobile.
  • Click "Start a Breakroom Club".
  • Invite members at your discretion.
  • You may post social or mobile application links once in a private group. Keep in mind, clubs will not be moderated, unless a member reports an issue.

Congratulations to you as well! A Facebook group or something of the sort sounds great. I'd be happy to start one and share here in the next couple days if someone doesn't beat me to it. Looking forward to meeting you all this fall!

I only applied to COM and CCSF. Haven't heard anything from CCSF either.

Have you heard anything from Nursing Department yet?

I applied with 84 points and haven't heard from COM but someone on the thread got in with 86. I heard that last year right before the semester started they got down to people with 70 points

I have 85 points. I got an email this morning said that they're not able to offer me at this time. Did you get any email like this?

No I haven't got anything from COM.

I just checked and I did get that email. I know that other nursing schools haven't sent out acceptances so some people may choose to go somewhere else so we may get in off the waitlist. Fingers crossed we end up getting in
