Hi Anneles,
I know how you feel. I failed my NCLEX-RN the first time and there were several co-workers who kept asking me when I will take my next exam. There was one particular co-worker who annoyed me everyday with the same question. I never told anybody, not even my family or my best friends. My reply will always be with a smile, "I'll let you know when I pass". And I did.
HI....I know just how you feel; when I was in LPN school, it took me 2 times to pass those boards and 3 times to pass RN boards. I get panic attacks with tests, especially computer tests where you can't go back to a previous question. I took special NCLEX classes for my RN, and still failed. I hired a tutor and studied both Mosby's and the NCLEX books and failed. Finally, I bought a Lippincott book and I passed. Lippincott is the best study book yet. The questions in that book are really hard and I was just barely passing the practice tests, but it was that book that got me to pass. That and a mild sedative the day of the test.
I also went with my first answer and gut instinct instead of trying to decide between 2 possible answers. I hit enter and didn't think twice about it. When my computer shut off at 75, I knew I did it that third time and cried tears of relief.
I was in your shoes several years ago and if you have any other questions, just let me know and I will try to help!
Blessings, Michelle

Hello. Just want to express these feelings. I am reviewing for my NCLEX-RN exam for the 4th time. I feel bad everytime I think of it. Others did it for the first time.
I am a full time nursing assistant, mother of a beautiful 2 year old daughter and newlywed. My family recently came here from the Philippines.
Sometimes I get worried everytime my co-workers ask me "When are you gonna take the exam?, How you taken your boards yet?" They knew I did it once only. They didn't know that I already failed 3 times.
So sad.
I need your advice. Thank you in advance.
