Hello, I'm a CNA in Long Island NY & I'm considering moving to Florida & wanted to know how much CNA's make in Florida. I currently work at a Nursing Home working 11pm-7am & make $19.75 an hour.
I make 11.35 base and end up making about 12.75 with shift differentials. I work days and mostly weekends for 2.5 years of experience in an ICU in New Orleans, LA.
I was started off at 9.62 hourly with no prior experience.
I am paid $15.79/hour before shift differentials and on-call pay (15% extra). I'm a new CNA in a hospital in WA. Strong nursing unions in this state. Most of the CNAs in my department make over $20/hour with 5-15 years of experience.
I work in New Hampshire, USA. Base pay is 13.13. I work 2nd shift so I get 3.00 differential plus $1.50 weekends. We also get bonuses if we pick up shifts that aren't our regular schedule.
