hello Dear Nurses
this is my first post in Allnurses and i really need your help ! any advice is appreciated
my Name is Bashar , i got my BSN since 2007 from university of Baghdad/ Iraq
i arrived here in San Diego since 2 years and i am trying to get my Nursing license back to work as an RN again .
did registered to the board in California through Breeze and my school sent my transcript and breakdown of my BSN program.
finally i got mail from the board asking me to send them : Copy of clinical rotation record and / or scheduled or written documentation that reflects the beginning and ending dates of the training which correspond with the theoretical instruction of nursing course/ and to clarify that the theoretical and clinical were completed concurrently within same week and semester
i contact the board and they told me they want all the details dates and name of hospitals and the floors and what kind of procedure have we done there !!!
my school don't have this kind of report !!! it's IRAQ , but i have couple friends how use to graduate from my school before me they got there ATT letter before 2011 and they did not asked them about something like that !!
What should i do please i need your advice ?
Bashar

You send CABRN what they asked or your application will be automatically denied and no refund of fees paid. You do not "fix that". You cent certified copies of your clinical schedule, registration forms, and class schedule--if possible sealed from your school. Don't be surprised if also asked for a certified copy of your passport to prove you were in country at the time of your schooling

For the last 2-3 years California have been asking for this info and you really need to see how you can pull this info together with your nursing school
thank you Silverdragon102 for your replay , do you know how the nurses deal with this situation over here ?
if i just can find example of this report that will help, because this what my school asked me to send them in order to prepare it the way could be acceptable for California board of registered nursing .
if anyone have the same problem please tell me what are you guys going to do in this situations ?
hi JustBeachyNurse , the problem is my school in iraq doesn't keep those documents because the dates and the scheduled of clinical rotation is subject to change each year due to the bad security situation in iraq.
plus they don't know how to organize this report as no body requested from them before !!! they told me if i could get them an example of this report the way it could be acceptable from the board to do something similar in structure and send it to them !
Guys any other suggestions , anyone going through the same problem ?

CA BRN evaluators has been requesting for more documentation over the past couple of years due to them receiving many fraudulent paperwork from other countries.
Times have changed since your friends application processes, the minimum required requested documents must come in a sealed envelope stamped by your school. If your school will not cooperate with your request and they are not familiar with the proper format that's clear to the CA BRN evaluator, you may be stuck. You can get some idea on the format by simply looking at the PDF forms already on the CA BRN site under the application section.
Your school needs to fill-in the blanks but they must do so in that it includes ALL your courses and clinical so that they are in the correct line and dates must match one-by-one.
When you say your application will "expire" in Sept., do you mean that your application has been in process with the CA BRN for almost three years now?
